We want to hear from you!! Share your splintage story and you could win £50 and even £250!!!
Each month we will run a competition for Ear of the Month, which will be judged by our in-house team and Mr David Gault FRCS, the Consultant Plastic Surgeon who developed the Ear Buddies™ system. The winning story and photos will appear on the website, and the winning entrant will receive vouchers from Amazon for £50. Winners of the monthly competition will be automatically entered for Ear of the Year, and the chance to win £250!!
How to enter
Write a brief outline of your Ear Buddies™ system success story, then send it with a before and after picture to: earoftheyear@earbuddies.co.uk. Don't forget to include your name and your baby's name (addresses will not be published and we can change the names if you prefer). All submissions must be in digital format.
You may be invited to tell your own Ear Buddies™ story to a reputable journalist for publication in other media. There is no guarantee that you will be invited, however. Some publications may offer you a fee for publishing your story, but any such arrangement would be wholly between yourselves and the publishers. All entries not selected as winners will be deleted.
Competition Rules
The judges' decision is final. Correspondence will not be entered into. The information you submit may also be used in other publications which feature the Ear Buddies™ system. Sending your photos and story to earbuddies.co.uk implies that you give your permission for this, and are legally entitled to do so. Please do not send your photos and story if you do not give your permission. You agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media worldwide. By entering, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. You will still own the copyright to everything that you contribute. We reserve the right to edit your comments in grammar, spelling or to make the story more succinct but we undertake not change the sense in any way. All entrants need to be aware that when they submit an image and story to the Ear Buddies website, and it is accepted for publishing, then it is visible to the entire internet community. If you suspect that an image you have submitted has been used fraudulently then you should contact us immediately. In being featured on the Ear Buddies website, you agree not to act in a way at any time in the future which would compromise the good name of the site or the products it features. You agree that we may release any information (both present and past) where we believe that any unlawful acts might have been committed. We also reserve the right to disclose personal information where required to do so by law and where we deem it appropriate in response to complaints of a substantial nature. Ear Buddies Ltd reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and/or if circumstances arise outside its control. These rules are governed by the laws of England. Any dispute will be settled according to these laws. However, you must not infringe any laws which pertain in your own country in submitting a story and pictures. Employees of Ear Buddies Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Parents must be aged 16 or over on the date of submission.
