1. Delivery
For Standard Deliveries within the UK, goods are sent out by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For service. Premium Delivery goods are sent by Royal Mail Signed For Next Day service. Transactions must be settled through Secure Trading before dispatch. All goods are carried according to the Terms and Conditions of Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com). An attempt by Royal Mail to deliver will be considered equivalent to a delivery. We cannot be responsible for goods which are not picked up from the sorting office within the stipulated period, and are subsequently returned to us, as the sender, until they reach us.
Over 99.9% of our deliveries are successful, but you should be aware that our Standard Delivery service using Royal Mail Signed For is not a guaranteed service - in case of loss or delay of dispatched product, we must first successfully claim from Royal Mail before making a refund. If you wish your goods to be delivered using a guaranteed service, please select Premium Delivery. This service, which uses Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, guarantees delivery to most UK addresses by 1pm the next working day. This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm. See www.royalmail.com for more information. Non-delivery must be notified with seven days of ordering.

3. Delivery Costs (calculated by weight and territory):

4.Our Refunds Policy
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. You must notify us in writing during this time period to request a returns number which should be included in the return. All packs must be unopened and undamaged. You should be aware that product packs have an invisible seal which shows evidence of attempted tamper under a screening light. Please return the goods so that we receive them within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return, less the cost of postage.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for product sent outside the European Union.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning any items to us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded (Signed For) delivery service, in case you need to claim compensation for loss.
If you wish to return an Ear Buddies™ kit, and have ordered other products in addition, then all products ordered must be returned.
5. Changes to Delivery and Returns
Our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and these Delivery and Returns details may change over time. You should check these documents frequently to see if any recent amendments or additions have been made.
